East Portland's multicultural extravaganza, the Festival of Nations, runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. this Sunday (Sept. 17), at Duke's parking lot. Produced and hosted by DMA and Get_Space, the festival offers up fun for everyone!!
Here's the entertainment lineup!
11-11:30: Mexica Tiahui Aztec Dance Group will let you experience traditional Mexican culture.
11:50-12:30: Dram & Go, a 3-year-old Portland trio features Celtic and American tunes.

2:10 p.m. Karen Musicians will transport you to Myanmar.
2:30-3:30: African ShowBoyz! Would it be a Festival without these crowd-pleasing artists from Ghana? No way!
4-4:40: Bollywood Dancing. Transport yourself to India. This act invites you to "be goofy."
There's more! Much more! Off center-stage performers include Native American flutist Sherrie Davis, the Zomi Dancers, who perform dances from Myanmar at 12:30, and Karen Musicians playing traditional music from Myanamar.
Kids of all ages will enjoy Gentle Biff, who'll make balloon creatures for them, and Loopie the Clown. Face painting all day long is on the schedule, too. Children will experience model trains in action, as well as children's activity section located in the Taste of Nations tent.
Enter the Healthy Eating from Around the World Scavenger Hunt for a chance to win one of two awesome grand prizes. Second prize includes gift certificates from EZ Freezy and Global Communications, as well as a one year membership to Crunch Fitness.
