TriMet's Division Transit Project is proposing removing half of the bus stops along SE Division Street. While that works on inner SE Division where bus stops are located only 2 blocks apart, in East Portland, where stops are spaced further apart, it means transit users will have to walk an average of 2 tenths of a mile further to their reach new bus stop.
