Festival sponsorship a 'win-win' for Get Space & DMA
Becoming the Presenting Sponsor of this year's Festival of Nations, says Daniel Lyman of Get Space, is an exciting way "to be involved in the community." As a sponsor, Get Space will be marketed by DMA, but "truly our first goal was to thank" the community. "We do believe in and prefer win-win situations." Read more about the Festival.
Day Chiropractic is 31 so why not party? Day Chiropractic will be serving up ice cream, pulled pork and tunes. The July 27 (Thursday) event runs from 3 to 6 p.m. at 3758 SE 122nd Ave. The Day Brothers, including Dr. David Day, and The Coyote Hill Bluegrass Band.of Oklahoma will perform.
Powellhurst-Gilbert & Mill Park nights out
Get together with neighbors this summer at two events. The Powellhurst-Gilbert Neighborhood Association's party starts at 5 p.m. and runs until dusk Sunday July 30 at Earl Boyles Park, SE 112th and Boise. On Tuesday, Aug. 1, the event runs from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the park, SE 117th and Mill.
Milestone: Keepsake Video is 20!
Festival of Nations Chairwoman Lorelei Young and her husband Dave are celebrating a milestone: 20 years in business as Keepsake Family Tree Video.
