Spirit Airlines’ cancellation policy expires on March 31, 2021 as a result of COVID-19. This regulation applied to all flights on the airlines with confirmed reservations and departure dates through March 31, 2021.
However, if COVID-19 forces you to cancel your flight reservation or if your doctor advises against travelling due to a COVID-19-related concern, you must notify Spirit Airlines as soon as possible before your aircraft takes off. Your ticket will probably be converted into a Reservation Credit that can be applied to future travel. In some circumstances, you can receive a refund.
